PAYMENT

The provider offers the following payment methods:
bank transfer to the account of the online store operator Gambee (GAMBEE d.o.o.),
payment based on a pro forma invoice,
payment via PayPal,
payment by credit card.

The provider issues the customer an invoice on a durable medium, with a breakdown of costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.

LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS

The seller is liable for material defects that the product had at the time the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether the seller was aware of them or not. The seller is also liable for material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the buyer if they are the result of a cause that already existed beforehand. Minor material defects are not taken into account.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE AND RETURN OF GOODS

GAMBEE products are custom-made and therefore considered personalized products. All wishes, needs, and requirements are defined before the sales contract is signed, therefore withdrawal from the contract and the return of goods are not possible.
The products come with a 12-month warranty, and in the event of any issues, defects, or damage, these will be resolved within a reasonable period of time.
